The thing is, I've never arranged anything related to solar panels! The bloke was quite insistent despite my rejection and firmly denied any notion that he was trying to pull a fast one or had made an error. I even mentioned that I live a good 150 miles away from the location of the alleged appointment, but he was having none of it! I'm not quite sure if this was an attempt at scamming or merely an overly eager salesman who dialled the wrong digit.
