I’ve had calls like this before and checked with O2 - it’s a con. The trick is they want you to send over a code O2 texts you after claiming your phone’s locked. They even get you to ignore the message saying not to share it with anyone. If they get that code, they can take over your phone. When I told this guy I knew what he was up to, he hung up sharpish.
