Got a call off someone claiming to be from BT, saying they wanted to fix our internet issue. They reckoned we couldn’t see the top part of our screen. Thing is, we don’t even have BT at our place - we’re on cable and they’re not our provider. The bloke kept pushing that BT was the only option and that we must be customers, which was rubbish. I told him to quit ringing me since I’ve had enough of these calls. He kept on saying there was a problem, so I just hung up on him.
