On the 8th of March, 2016, I received an unsolicited phone call from a gentleman who seemed to possess an alarming amount of my personal information, including the fact that I had recently been in a car accident. When I pressed him for the name of the company he was representing, he distinctly refused to disclose that information. Although the other driver had taken full responsibility for the incident and fortunately, no injuries were suffered, he continued to push for an agreement of shared fault. To my disbelief, he even sought my consent to pursue a compensation claim, despite there being no injuries whatsoever. I must say, I find this kind of aggressive cold calling utterly appalling.

On the 8th of March 2016, I received an unsolicited phone call. The gentleman on the line appeared to possess all my personal information, including the unfortunate incident involving a car accident that I was part of. Strangely, he refused to disclose the name of the firm he was associated with. Fortunately, the driver of the other vehicle accepted responsibility for the crash, and thankfully, no one sustained injuries. However, this caller seemed quite insistent on persuading me to agree to share blame for the incident, and then he tried to obtain my consent to pursue compensation, regardless of the fact that there were no injuries involved.
