Got a call from someone with a strong Indian accent pretending to be from a network provider. They were saying my router was linked to their server and that my fibre internet wasn’t running fast enough. I've had calls like this in the past, and they all seemed like attempts to hack into my PC. When I told them I wasn’t sure who they were, they hung up straight away. The company name was hard to catch because of the accent, but it clearly wasn’t my actual internet provider. Plus, they didn’t seem to know that I don’t even have fibre. To me, this was obviously a scam.
