Got a call about checking up on my life insurance, which I dont even have. They asked me why not and I told them its because it costs way too much. Then they tried pushing life insurance on me. Total waste of time, just some cold caller trying to sell stuff. My tip? Block that number and any other calls from Carmarthen!

The firm goes by We Compare It. They purchase info from who knows where, totally breaking Data Protection laws, then keep ringing about Home Insurance, PPI and stuff. I’m home a lot for work and kept thinking it was a customer. Shady business. Blocked them straight away.

Got a call saying thanks to some EU gender rule I could cut costs on my life insurance. I'm female, so I figured it’d be pricier, right? Nope, he claimed women are the 'weaker sex' and get sick more often. Bit odd since they usually outlive men. He was spouting rubbish and got narked when I questioned him. Dragged the convo out long, then he just dropped the call. Winning! (Plus got my teenage lad to take over - even better!)

I received a rather unwelcome call from someone prattling on about a life insurance policy, which is quite hysterical since I don’t possess one! The chap from Wales was overly familiar and exceptionally bothersome, I must say. Even after I firmly requested him to cease his sales pitch and to take my number off his list, he persisted with his dubious offers. Today I got a call from 01267668698. They said I need to take out life insurance and that I had to listen to what they said. The person was proper rude. I asked them to send me the details because I don't do any agreements over the phone. He wouldn’t agree and said that all contracts are done remotely now. Then he started shouting, saying, “IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN IN THE UK, YOU MUST GET LIFE INSURANCE AND LISTEN TO ME.” I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.
