the typical call trying to push life insurance, but this time it got really intense when a furious irish lady got annoyed after i calmly mentioned i was eating and not up for chatting (instead of just hanging up on her). what’s worse than cold callers? cold callers who decide to unload their bad mood on you.

Yet another classic case of a life insurance pitch, but this one took a rather unexpected turn when a rather irate Irish lady erupted in a fit of rage after I calmly informed her that I was in the middle of my meal and not keen to engage in the conversation (as opposed to simply hanging up on her). Is there anything more delightful than the art of cold calling? Perhaps it's the added bonus of having the callers unleash their frustration on you!

I gave this number a ring after they reached out to me, but all I got was some awful muzak playing in the background. Ended up hanging up and rebooting my phone for good measure. I’m putting it down as a potential scam, and I suspect my hunch will be validated when I check my log of unanswered calls next time. Cheers, JG.

012767668626 keeps ringing me and I told them to stop calling. The guy on the phone kept pushing to explain what the call was about. When I said I wasn't interested in discussing my life insurance with someone I don’t know, he just said “everything’s done over the phone” and complained that I’d been arguing since I answered. He then asked who is advising me on my insurance, and when I said that was private, he didn’t back off. I just ended the call. These calls are so annoying and really unwanted, especially when they come through while you’re at work.
