I’ve just received a call from someone named "TOM," who claimed to be representing a governmental department. He mentioned that my insulation, which was fitted a while ago, might be causing some condensation issues. This chap offered to send someone out for a complimentary inspection today and requested my personal information. However, as soon as I said no, he abruptly ended the call! Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

just got a phone call from someone saying he was “Tom” from some government branch about checking insulation. He claimed my insulation was causing condensation and needed inspecting. When he asked for my info, i said no and he quickly ended the call. honestly, how did he even find my number?
