Got a call from an automated voice claiming to be BT, saying they're about to cut off my service. I hung up straight away because I'd just signed a new contract with BT.

Oh yeah, like they’d actually call the cops on you, as if. Think they imagine everyone’s daft or something. Really feel bad for the folks who might actually get tricked by these scams. What a load of rubbish, just another scam call!
