Today I got a call from an “unknown number” and it was some kind of chatbot that kept going even when I asked "who is this? what’s the reason for your call?". Eventually it just said something along the lines of “thank you, a life insurance advisor will contact you later today to review your plan for free” and hung up. Then I got a call from the number mentioned here, which I don’t know, and found out someone else reported it as a “life insurance scam”. Honestly, best to just ignore it.

Got a call about life insurance, didn’t pick up and just blocked the number straight away. Definitely seems like a scam.
