We received a call on our home phone from a charity wanting donations and asking if we'd back their cause. Even though we get their work is important, we told them we didn't want any more calls. After that, they kept ringing, which was really annoying, so we ended up blocking their number. We'd answer once and then hang up, but they just kept trying us again. If their number pops up and you're not interested, I'd say best just block it because they seem pretty persistent.
