Got a call from this lot earlier and the woman who answered was incredibly rude, talking to me like I’d done something wrong. I’m so annoyed that they think it’s okay to just ring you and be nasty when you say no thanks!

Isn't it about time phone providers introduced a setup where numbers, like this one, are required to show the business name they're linked to? There are tons of scams going round, which makes folks hesitant to pick up their calls. It ends up upsetting genuine people and probably hurts honest businesses too. Something really needs to be done to put a stop to this.

I picked up the phone and mentioned there are loads of PPI scams going around these days. He didn’t take that well at all, got pretty rude and kept insisting that the call was from a number that could be traced. I then asked where he’d got my number from and told him to take me off his list or I'd have to complain. Before I could finish, he just cut me off and ended the call!

I've had a couple of missed calls from them but chose not to pick up. Lately, I've been getting quite a few calls from numbers showing as private or unknown. I usually just let them ring out if the caller isn't someone I recognise. Do they use hidden numbers as well?

So today I had a chat with this bloke who told me I could get a PPI claim sorted, but I need to give him the phone number from my credit card’s back. Apparently, they’d ring it up and I’d get my cash back. Problem is, I didn’t have my card with me. He said he’d give me a bell again tomorrow.

Honestly, maybe a cheeky break involving chucking some bricks through the windows at Winchester and Deakin is just what’s needed. Would keep their staff busy with something useful instead of this nonsense. This whole thing isn’t just irritating anymore - it’s downright ridiculous and definitely calls for us to stand up and push back against it. Enough’s enough. It’s time to do something because none of these so-called authorities or self-regulating bodies seem able to put a stop to this pointless rubbish. Seriously, what’s the point of all this apart from pissing people off?

Signed up for TPS ages ago, but honestly it hasn’t stopped any of the scam calls. They’re still ringing me non-stop all the time. Really frustrating!

Got a ring earlier, bloke said I was boring him. Then he goes, "Oh yeah? I'll ring you back in 10 minutes then!" I told him where to go. Tried calling the number myself but all I got was some automated voice saying "the other person has ended the call". Absolutely BRILLIANT way to run things, Winchester and Deakin!

I tried to find out what company they were calling from, and the person said it was the Ministry of Justice before just cutting me off. Very strange behaviour!

It's so frustrating! Every time I pick up, they just cut the call. I never share my number with any businesses, so I have no clue where they got it from. They ring me at least eight times daily. I've saved the number as dodgy and just block it now.

On the 25th June 2013, they rang me and wouldn’t stop talking, I tried leaving the call but ended up hanging up after about 10 minutes. After that, all I could hear was some voices in the background and then nothing. Then on the 26th June around 10:12am, they called me again and the same thing happened - I could hear people chatting quietly in the background.
