On Monday evening, I got a recorded call from a lady with an American accent talking about my Amazon account. She kept mentioning some Prime membership which I don’t actually have, even though I shop on Amazon sometimes. The voice reminded me a lot of those calls from Visa. I didn’t choose any options, just noted down the number that showed on 1471 and tried calling it back, but it wouldn’t connect or was unrecognised.
