We keep getting calls from this number every now and then, claiming to be TalkTalk. It's totally sus because it seems like they’re trying to get hold of our personal info. I reckon our details must have been leaked somehow, maybe by TalkTalk themselves, ’cause lots of people are getting these dodgy calls. They either want you to answer some questions or let them into your computer - both are sketchy moves for sure.

On 29th April 2017 at about 8:57 in the morning I picked up the phone. At first there was nothing but quiet, then suddenly a beep, and shortly after a lady saying goodbye.

My phone just stopped working properly and all it saved was 0126496192544137. There was an Indian lady on the line saying she was from TalkTalk’s tech support, trying to fix loads of problems with my internet. Thing is, I’m not even with TalkTalk, but somehow she even knew my account number. I told her to close my account then the internet troubles would sort themselves. Took her ages to figure out she wasn’t getting anywhere with me. Fingers crossed BT’s security measures have blocked her now.

It seems like my phone never stops ringing, almost every single day without fail.

I've seen this number pop up on my caller ID as 01264 961 925 441 372 5844, and it's rung about four times now. Each time, I've just ignored it and not picked up.

Had a call in the early hours from a number like 012649619254413725844, someone pretending to be from TalkTalk. They said there was loads of warning signs on my internet. I told them to buzz off, nice and polite (sort of)!

so this number popped up as 012649619254413725844 which is knid of weird!! i answered with a hello, got a hello back and then the line went dead. think it might be a scam or sumthing fishy going on.
