2 yearsThis sounded like one of those dodgy scam calls to me. It was a recorded message from a posh sounding lady with a proper English accent. She kept talking about money being taken from my account by Amazon but never said which bank it was. Then she told me to press 1 if I wanted help sorting it out. I wouldn't press a thing if I was you! Our phone line was down for a bit. I've blocked the number through BT now.
