This morning I got a call from some bloke claiming to be with BT, saying there was an issue with my broadband and needed to check all my devices. I told him straight up he was trying to con me, and he threatened my line would be cut off. Well, my internet's still working fine so far! People need to watch out for these scammers. Honestly, BT should do more to stop these fraudsters getting access to local phone numbers. When I tried calling the number back, it just wouldn’t connect. Proper dodgy if you ask me.
