I picked up since it just said 'unknown' on the caller ID, and the person on the line claimed it was about my Amazon Prime account, but I don’t even have one! Definitely felt a bit dodgy to me. Makes me wonder why Openreach can’t block calls that use fake numbers - surely they or the phone companies could figure out who's actually behind the phone line? It’s a proper nuisance.
