I received a call earlier from a lady claiming to represent Be Wiser Insurance regarding our home cover. My husband informed her that we had opted for a different provider. Subsequently, she passed the call to a gentleman who requested his name, date of birth, and address, which he provided, assuming they already had this information as he had been a customer. I had always advised him to be cautious and never disclose personal details without consulting me first, especially considering he is dealing with Dementia.

I’ve since moved my insurance over to a different company. Even after I told them to stop, they just wouldn’t give up.

Just like all the others, I’ve asked them nice and clear to stop calling and taken out my insurance somewhere else, yet they just keep going. They’re full of it - even tried to say the quote I got was wrong because of some computer glitch. If you’re seeing them now, they’ve probably already got you on their radar. Honestly, warn everyone you know to never answer their calls or deal with them.

They never even said sorry for the mix-up, just hung up right away. I ignored the third call. I’ve saved the number now and if they call again, I’m planning to pick up and just keep the call going without saying anything until they hang up.
