Got a call from some guy with a weird accent claiming he was from Three, saying he’d be sending a SIM card my way. Definitely a scam, watch out!

I’m pretty sure he mentioned something about a Sky account, even though I don’t have one, and his accent was really thick.

SCAM ALERT. Ages ago, I used a fake name when I answered a dodgy call. Now, if someone rings me and uses that fake name, I can spot it’s a scam straight away. When scammers don't get what they want, they just hand your number over to someone else trying the same trick. At that point, I just end the call and block the number. Blocked it now, no more messing about.
