Got several calls from an automated line claiming to be from BT, with a woman sounding American saying my phone and internet will be cut off in about an hour. They ask you to press 1 for more details or 2 for tech help. I've been getting these calls loads of times since last year, all from different numbers but the exact same message. I rang BT directly and they told me it’s a scam. Best to block the number asap. Not sure what happens if you press any buttons, but it might run up charges!
