Got a call from this number saying they’d charge me £79.99 for Amazon Prime. They told me to press 1 to talk to a supervisor, who then kept me on the line ages, giving me wrong URLs for Amazon. I stupidly said I don’t even have Amazon Prime, and the lady dragged the call out for what felt like forever before hanging up. Now I’m really worried about some random bill showing up, and I feel daft since my husband told me to just hang up. BE CAREFUL OF THIS NASTY SCAM, especially when we’ve already got enough stress with this virus going around.
