Picked up the call, but no one uttered a word-so infuriating!

Picked up the phone and a woman greeted me with a cough and a quick "hello" before hanging up right away. If it was a mistake, she could’ve at least apologised instead of hanging up like that. Calls like these can really scare older or vulnerable folks.
