My phone went off really early yesterday (Saturday). When I finally answered, there was this long silence before a guy with an Indian accent said he was from BT Premium Services. I told him I wasn’t with BT and just hung up. Then this morning (Sunday), it happened again super early. Same thing: silence when I picked up. Didn’t bother sticking around this time, just ended the call straight away.

I reckon this could be dodgy - like they record your ‘yes’ and then use it to sign you up for things without your permission.
