Had a call from a woman with an American accent claiming she was from Amazon Prime. She said my account was about to be closed and asked me to press 1. I just hung up straight away. Pretty clear it’s a scam, especially since I got the same message earlier today from the number 003211268580800 with the exact same voice recording.
