I had a call from someone saying they were from “BT open reach” and talking about my router speed. They sounded really annoyed and kept pushing when things weren’t going their way. When I said I wanted to talk to a manager, they got even more worked up. I ended up hanging up because it felt dodgy, like they were trying to sneak into my computer or something!
