They claimed it was Talk Talk, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t. I’ve had this same scam attempt on me a while back.

Total scam. The caller ID showed it was an international call. The person had a typical Indian accent and kept telling me my phone and internet would be disconnected. They pressured me for payment and wanted my personal and bank info to supposedly fix it. Of course, I didn’t fall for it or hand over my details, or let them access my computer.
