I got a call with a robotic voice claiming there was suspicious activity on my bank account, listing several amounts supposedly being withdrawn today. It told me to press 1 to stop the transactions. I played along even though I suspected a scam. Then a bloke picked up asking what help I needed. I just said, ‘You called me, what’s this about?’ and he hung up straight away. Whatever you do, don’t share your details with them! If you’re really worried, just call your bank directly.
