Got a call from a lady claiming to be from BT, her English was really bad and she sounded like she was just reading off a sheet. She told me my internet was broken and that I needed to do some stuff on my laptop to sort it out. Total nonsense if you ask me. When I said I’d ring back myself, she seemed to lose it and just ended the call.
