I received a call from this number at precisely 4:41 PM today. It displayed 'Bridlington' on my screen, which set off alarm bells immediately-it was clearly yet another spam call. I’ve been inundated with similar nuisance calls from Yorkshire area codes lately. I've gone ahead and blocked the number to save myself from any further hassle.

sounds like a classic ppi con. i had a laugh ringing them back and messing around, saying stuff like “oh so you’re ppi eh?” in silly voices. defo not worth it if you’re on pay-as-you-go though. make sure you block your number first. absolute twats! lol.
