Once again, I've received a call claiming to be from an outfit known as 'Consumer Creative'. If you’re fortunate enough to actually get a human on the line, they might let slip that their operation is run from India. Over the last few weeks, they’ve been relentless, ringing us repeatedly to conduct what they describe as a survey. We've tried reporting them through various platforms, and have contacted both the TPS and ICO. Yet, they’ve informed us that there's little they can do since it’s "outside of their jurisdiction." Without proper powers to take action against these nuisance callers, it seems the British public is left to endure these incessant and bothersome phone calls.

For the second day running, a bloke with a weird Asian accent called me claiming he wasn’t trying to sell anything - gave the name ‘alistair’, which I seriously doubt - and then asked for my thoughts on some household stuff. It just so happens to be election day, but I’m pretty sure whichever lot wins will just carry on ignoring these annoying calls like they always do.
