Got a call from a woman with a South East Asian accent saying she was from Amazon, telling me there was a purchase on my account about half an hour ago. Thing is, I’ve never bought a thing from Amazon, and I don’t even own any credit or debit cards. I kept asking her who she was, trying to get a straight answer, but she just got fed up and hung up on me. Pretty obvious scam if you ask me.
