Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, asking if I’d just bought a £49 gift card. They couldn’t give me their full name, only an initial, which rang alarm bells straight away. Then they started asking if I use a computer or an iPad to supposedly send me a refund form. Honestly, the whole thing felt dodgy since I don't even have an Amazon account under my name. If they had my details, surely they’d know my email, right? Definitely seemed fishy to me.
