7 yearsI had a rather dubious phone call from someone purporting to be from BT, who claimed we were experiencing sluggish internet speeds. He offered to 'resolve' it, but insisted I hop on one of my laptops right away. I told him I was quite occupied and asked him to ring me back later, to which he insisted it was urgent and couldn’t wait until the weekend.
