got a call from a number in banff, scotland, with an american voice saying my bt broadband and phone service was gonna be cut off soon. it told me to press a button to get through to bt and fix the problem. ive had calls kinda like this before and no way bt would ever ring up a customer like that. total scam if you ask me.
