Got a message on my answerphone with some robotic voice going on about someone nearby trying to steal my identity. It told me to press 1 to speak with some "BT tech" to sort it out or press 2 to cut my internet off. It's a classic scam - BT aren’t even my ISP, and they don’t ring with these threats. Poor folks who get scared by this rubbish really could fall for it. Totally dodgy attempt to get people panicked.
