someone rang me saying they were from talktalk and then put me through to a "senior technician" who basically repeated what the first person said. they claimed there were problems detected with my internet connection and offered to help fix it if i could use my computer or laptop. i told them twice i don’t have either, then they just hung up. it felt like a scam because why else would they end the call so quick? also, their english was really poor, must’ve been from somewhere in asia or similar, quite hard to understand. does anyone know how to block or stop calls like this?
