Residing on the Isle of Man, I got a call from this number asserting they could offer me improved business tariffs from Manx Telecom. I found that hard to believe, so I politely thanked them for the chat and ended the call.

Had a rather unpleasant experience with a rather aggressive salesperson from EE. Their attitude was shockingly impolite and off-putting. Quite a shame really!

Brought up "Connect" and "EE," yet their spiel sounds like a right dodgy scam.

Fraudsters - attempted to fish for my bank information to set up a direct debit.

I received a call purporting to be from Connect, which apparently collaborates with O2 Business to provide enhanced deals for small enterprises. They started probing for personal information, but I didn’t get a trustworthy vibe from them at all. Just felt off, you know?

I received a call purporting to be about my Vodafone account, yet it was clearly not from them. The caller insisted I was due for an upgrade and proceeded to ask for my bank details. It’s definitely a scam! I really hope there are stricter repercussions for this kind of deceitful behaviour.

What a sham! It's baffling how some individuals allow these callers to probe them with endless personal inquiries! Honestly, just cut the line and add them to your block list.

They were prying into my business plan and tariff details, and I managed to flummox them with some made-up responses! Despite my little ruse, they just kept pushing for more information. The moment I raised GDPR, they seemed to lose their nerve and bolted. Honestly, just best to ignore them and hit block!

I received a call from someone asserting they were from O2 Business, and they were rather insistent, insisting I was shelling out more than £80 a month to them! Absolute nonsense. If they give you a ring, my advice would be to simply hang up and add them to your block list!

Received a call from someone purporting to be from O2, attempting to peddle their services. I firmly told him to take a long walk off a short pier. It sounded like an AI on the line, with weird static while he spoke and a deafening silence in the pauses. In the end, I left him chatting to thin air until he finally disconnected. I've since blocked the number, of course.

This caller claimed to be from O2 and was incredibly pushy concerning their new tariffs. I explicitly stated my lack of interest, yet she continued to press the matter. It became rather frustrating, so I decided to just hang up. Definitely a scam!

This is definitely a scam! They’re masquerading as O2, trying to trick you into signing up for an additional phone contract while posing as your existing provider. It's completely unlawful and just plain dodgy!

I had a rather lengthy conversation with EE’s telesales team regarding a potential switch to a different business tariff. What began as a few brief inquiries somehow stretched on for a good twelve minutes. They were remarkably insistent, even when I clearly expressed my disinterest in changing plans. Quite the experience, I must say!

I received a call from someone named Ellie Brown, apparently representing Connect and affiliated with the EE network. She quizzed me on a number of personal details and seemed quite eager for me to switch my phone account on the spot. Quite a peculiar experience, I must say!
