My phone showed "Possible spam" just as it started ringing, so I decided not to pick up.

Make sure to block the number 01260544531 - it’s from this firm BRSK who rang the emergency blood and transplant call line. They actually refused access to the service needed urgently. When I called back, the line went to a call centre abroad. I told them straight they're going to be reported to Ofcom and BT for investigation. Absolute wastes of time!
