Got a call earlier today with a recorded message saying my Amazon Prime membership is going to be renewed automatically for £39.99. It then said if I didn’t want that, I should press 1 to talk to an agent. Naturally, I didn’t press anything, but you can guess what they want - probably trying to get me on a costly premium line or something worse. I just let the message play out and then it ended on its own. I’ve had a few calls like that before, nothing new really.
