I recently encountered a rather dodgy situation where someone attempted to swindle me out of £7,000, claiming it was for "page charges" related to a mere two-page article linked to my research funding. The phone number in question appears on both http://www.paneuropeannetworks.com/ and http://horizon2020projects.com/, but I must say, neither of these websites comes across as credible at all. It’s quite unsettling how these scams proliferate!
