A chap rang me earlier today, claiming to be from BT Openreach, discussing my internet connection issues. I informed him that I record incoming calls, and if there were any actual concerns about my internet speed, I'd reach out to my service provider directly rather than engaging with a random caller pretending to be from BT. Clearly a scam! The irony is, I don't even use BT for anything!
