Got a call from a man with a Chinese accent asking for me, but using my old married name. I told him straight away to say who he was, but he launched into some spiel about appliance warranties. Thing is, I’ve been using my new married name on everything for more than 6 years now! Even after I told him twice there’s no Mrs G here, he just kept going. These scammers keep switching numbers, which is annoying. I ended up blocking this one too. Honestly, it’s a bit sad how these callers don’t even realise they’re just being set up to fail!
