So this bloke with a thick foreign accent called me, saying he was from BT and that my internet was acting up and would be disconnected if I didn't cough up some cash right away. Thing is, I don't even have internet at home! I tried asking him some questions and then he just hung up on me. This happened on 45/2/21 around 10 in the morning.

Total scam! It’s an Indian call centre posing as BT Openreach. The last three digits of the number keep switching quite frequently.

Received calls from an Indian call centre claiming they were from BT Openreach. They kept switching up the last three digits on the number each time. Definitely a scam.
