Are you seriouse? I live on the middle floor of a flats building, so no way do I have a loft. They called me yesterday and again today, and both times there was like 10 seconds of total silence at the start. Proper annoying!

Got a call from someone calling himself “Tom” about some loft insulation they supposedly put in. I told him there’s never been any insulation installed here. He then suggested maybe it was just added to, and mentioned that the material sometimes causes mould or condensation. I had to tell him again that nothing’s been added either. He sounded a bit puzzled, just said “Oh,” and hung up. Not sure if it’s a legit company that’s just got my number wrong. We did have a loft insulation check a few years back, but they said everything was fine and no topping up was necessary.
