Today, 29th August 2024, at about 12:46 pm, this number called me. When I picked up, there was a recorded voice saying that a charge of around £130 had been put on my card by East Midlands Railway for a train ticket from London to Edinburgh. They told me to press 1 if I hadn’t made this transaction on my visa debit card, which I definitely hadn’t. I didn’t press anything, and I’d warn others not to either - it’s a trick to steal your bank details.
