8 yearsTypical Microsoft call again, this time saying my computer's full of errors. I told the guy I don’t even use one because all these Microsoft scammers keep ringing me trying to get access. He got proper angry, swearing and everything - definitely not what you'd expect from a usual Microsoft support team.Microsoft8 yearsThey didn't stick around much, and the way they spoke made me think they had a foreign accent.8 yearsSome bloke said he was from Microsoft, told me my PC got hacked and was being used for dodgy stuff. I let him ramble on about the issue for nearly five minutes, but then I said no way to him fiddling with my computer. When he started threatening to cancel my Microsoft licence, I just told him to do it, and before I knew it, he’d gone.Microsoft8 yearsSome bloke with a bit of an accent said he was from Microsoft. I just ended the call straight away.Microsoft8 yearsthis guy with an asian accent rang up, said he was from microsoft, which i knew was rubbish. he said there was something wrong with my microsoft office computer. i asked him which computer he meant, and he said the windows one, so i asked again, he said laptop this time. i just couldn't help myself and gave him a bit of stick. after that, he lost his temper and called me “fitcking stupid” before i told him where to go and ended the call!MicrosoftOffice8 yearsif u get calls from 012, 013 or 016 numbers, be careful and look them up first. these call centres have loads of different numbers they keep ringing from, trying to trick ppl into scams. always best to double check.8 yearsI got a call from a man with an Indian or Pakistani accent claiming hackers had broken into my PC. When I asked where he got that info from, he said some security company alerted them about the issue. He then told me to turn on my computer so he could check how bad the damage was. Sensing it was a scam, I told him I wasn’t falling for it. Then out of nowhere, he told me to shove off with some rude language and just hung up. Really unpleasant experience.Submit Your Own Report (01258 965236)
