Today I got a call from a woman’s voice on a recording saying she was from BT. She told me my internet was hacked and that they were gonna cut it off. I just let the message play out till it stopped on its own.

I got a call from a woman who spoke with an accent that wasn’t local, saying she was from guaranteed telecom. She was pushing some nuisance call blocking service and kept telling me she needed to verify my card info for monthly phone charges. I was so focused on trying to catch what she was saying that I didn’t notice until after how much private info she was fishing for!
