got a recorded message from a woman speaking with an accent i didn’t recognise. she claimed my bt broadband was about to be disconnected. she told me to press 1 to keep it, 2 to cancel it. i just ignored that and tapped button 3 then hung up straight away since i don’t even use bt.

Got a recorded voice saying it was from BT, telling me to press 1 for phone or 2 for internet, and that if I didn’t press anything I’d get cut off. Fair enough, they can hang up - I’m not even a BT customer!
