I got a call from an automated voice saying it was the BT tech support. They told me to hit 1 to talk to someone or else my internet would get cut off. I didn’t even bother pressing anything and just hung up. Then I rang BT myself and they confirmed it was a scam.

I've been getting loads of calls everyday, all from different numbers, but it's the same recorded voice telling me my internet's going to be cut off if I don't press 1 to fix it. This has happened at least three times now, really annoying!

Had a call from someone pretending to be BT, but they already had all my personal info and details. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
