Got a dodgy call from someone pretending to be from BT internet, using a fake local number. They wanted me to log onto their site for some sort of ‘speed test’. I played along but took ages, saying my computer was ancient and very slow to start up. In the end they just hung up and blocked my number for wasting their time. Can you believe it? Scammers putting me on their blacklist! Ridiculous.
